Security Install Team Lead, Field Quality Assurance

Summary
• Supervise the installation of Qolsys Smart Home Systems; optimizing the efficiency and utilization of every job without compromising the quality of work
• Provide direction, instruction, and guidance to Smart Home Pros ensuring consistent delivery of legendary customer experiences
• Maintain a high-energy, effective and safe work environment
• Build, develop and maintain team atmosphere by being a positive influence and resource to all peers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintain a high level of communication with Smart Home Pros during every installation to provide guidance and instruction as required
• Review of Parts and Labor costs associated with the installation throughout the life cycle of project to maintain job
• Perform job walks when necessary to answer questions, concerns regarding installation with the customer
• Review and evaluate each Smart Home Pro concerning development, career path, key performance indicators, technical training, and soft skills assessments
• Responsible for upholding all company policies and procedures, and reporting necessary corrective action and disciplinary reviews to the Operations Manager
• Conduct monthly Meetings where OSHA Safety, Technical Training, and company information related information is presented.
• Conduct Quality Assurance on every installation including site visits, emails, and phone communication

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or (GED) required
• One or more years of experience in low volt industry preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a customer service field
• Previous supervisory experience to include management and development of staff, establish and maintain team members responsibilities, and clearly define priorities in fast pace environment or equal related education
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and installation manuals
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and external customers, Smart Home Pros, and the Operations Manager Other Work Related

Summary:

Essential Functions

  • Driving and operating a service vehicle (i.e. flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.)

  • On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving

  • Leverages sales skills for offering products and services from AAA to member during service interaction

  • Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems

  • Completion of daily paperwork (i.e. call-logs, battery invoices, cash receipts, etc.)

Sr. Product Manager

This is an exciting time to be at A3 Smart Home and help build the product management function from ground up. Reporting to the Director of Product and Marketing, this role will lead a number of key initiatives, from building e-commerce experience to creating new HW product lines as well as drive the optimization and support for the current product line and user experience.

The Sr. Product manager will play an integral role in supporting the marketing, sales, IT, and install teams to achieve revenue targets by helping the organization provide a best-in-class experience, leading to improved retention and acquisition.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Results Focus – contribute to analysis of overall Product P&L and actively manage key business KPIs around P&L to ensure brand and business success
  • Strategic Plan Development & Execution – partner with Director of Product and Marketing to develop and execute annual and 3 year plans focusing on product renovation and innovation pipeline. Provide insights on Product/Web/App user experience to highlight pain points and guide improvements
  • Portfolio Optimization – own portfolio management and ensure product, pricing, promotions and distribution strategies are effectively executed. Manage ongoing systems support to ensure any changes in product or pricing are accurately reflected across the organization
  • Consumer Expertise – partner with Director of Product and Marketing to understand key market dynamics for target consumers, members and key competitors
  • Product Innovation – own product innovation process from concept to launch including design, sourcing and production to meet customer and business needs (will involve working with external product designers, and partnering with hardware manufacturers)
  • Product Renovation – utilize marketplace, competitive and consumer research to optimize existing portfolio (including bundles and pricing) by making adjustments to meet customer needs. Build a pipeline of user support materials (user guides, training videos, etc.) to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Website Optimization – Work with external developers and Ecommerce Manager to optimize site and develop future site and apps, and with internal IT team on back end integration
  • User Experience Optimization – optimize the overall user journey by analyzing user research to diagnose all customer touch points and work with UX designers to optimize the user experience via hardware and software development/revisions

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Electronics, Technology Management or related field
  • 5-7 years related work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in product management
  • Demonstrated success in launching B2C electronics products (smart home product experience a plus)
  • UX experience in optimizing the overall user journey preferred
  • Strong empathy for the user in creating amazing product and service experiences
  • Basic fluency in consumer insights, marketing analytics, and financial analysis
  • Strong communication skills, positive “can do” attitude, and team-oriented approach

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or Master's in related field
  • Electronics hardware product development experience

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for handling requests to cancel accounts with the goal of retaining and upgrading our members. Additionally, this individual will provide sales support to load-balance during peak inbound call volume while providing legendary AAA/A3SH experiences.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

  • Support the organization by handling requests from members to cancel their service and saving the relationship when possible
  • The team member will leverage active listening, sales, and negotiation skills to understand the underlying issue and position solutions to retain the business
  • Retention Representative will support this by handling inbound call transfers and completing assigned work items as they come in with the goal of handling all assigned opportunities within 24 hours of receiving them.
  • Maintain quality records in organizational CRM
  • Document appropriate follow-up and refer any support activities or upsell opportunities to the appropriate departments
  • Provide inbound sales support as needed
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Smart Home products and sales processes
  • Identify trends in cancelation requests and report up to team lead in a timely fashion

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed goals

In this newly created role, our Director, Investments will recommend, implement and report on the approved investment policies, strategies, plans, procedures, and controls of the investments of the organization.  They will direct the entire spectrum of investment activities at MWG for the Club’s Strategic and Operating Pools, as well as reporting results of the Club’s Pension and 401(k) Plans.  In conjunction with the CEO, CFO and the Controller, they will interact with the Finance and Investment Committee (FIC) of the Board of Directors to ensure that the FIC is fully informed regarding the Club’s investment situation.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the investment of funds in the Club’s externally-managed portfolios to ensure they are in compliance with the approved Investment Portfolio Unifying Framework (IPUF).
  • Ensure the liquidity of the funds is in sync with the Club’s projected needs.
  • Periodically update the IPUF in keeping with the latest goals of the Club and fundamentals of intelligent investment management, within the context of a Member-benefit not-for-profit corporation.
  • Manage the private equity tranche of the investment portfolio, from identification and recommendation through to implementation and monitoring.
  • Stay current with the performance of the managers within the Club’s investment portfolio, to ensure they are delivering favorable net after-tax returns, relative to their most appropriate benchmarks.  In cases where a manager’s performance is lagging, develop alternative investments. 
  • Recommends and reviews the hiring, retention, or termination of investment consultants, custodians/trustees, as well as 401(k) investment options and providers.
  • Set Strategic Plan and Annual Goal for investment income / cash flow / balance sheet for all portfolios throughout the organization. 
  • Reforecast on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that the monthly investment activities are faithfully and accurately recognized in the books of record.   
  • Responsible for the investment section of financial and regulatory reports. 
  • Monitor state and federal investment regulations and supervise compliance in all portfolios.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing scheduling for service, repair, maintenance, and inspections for the existing customer base. These services are critical for the ongoing customer service experience and satisfaction of the account base. • Completes all automotive maintenance and repairs at an expert level: engine repair, gas and diesel, automatic transmission/trans axle diagnosis and repair, manual transmission/ trans axle diagnosis and repair, suspension and steering  diagnosis and repair, brakes diagnosis and repair, including ABS/ traction control, electrical diagnosis and repair, heating and air conditioning diagnosis and repair, engine performance diagnosis and repair.

Job Summary

Summary: 

 

Essential Functions

  • Complete vehicle inspection form and vehicle diagnostic form and submit to service advisor.

  • Successfully complete automotive service and repair work qualified to preform.

  • Perform work according to safety guidelines.

  • Inspect vehicles for additional needed repairs or maintenance and recommend them to the service advisors for sale to customers.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 

  • Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure

  • Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately

  • Participate in ongoing training as assigned by management.

  • Study technical bulletins, industry magazines, and technical web sites. 

 

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

 

  • Valid Driver’s license and current 39 month driving record. 

  • 2 ASE Certifications required or equivalent experience.

  • Candidates will be considered if there certifications have expired within the last 2 years. 

  • Candidate will be required to re-certify in at least 2 areas at the next testing cycle as a condition of employment.

Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.

What You Have.

  • Automotive Repair Knowledge – Minimum 1 year automotive tire, lube, or general

  • Must use good interpersonal skills in solving customers’ problems and build positive relationships with them.

JOB SUMMARY
Smart Business Consultant’s serve our Members by initiating outbound calls to discuss new Sales Promotions launched by the Commercial Division. A Consultant will work closely with each Business Unit to meet their specific needs. Individuals in this role are accountable for achieving assigned sales goals while providing an exceptional Member experience. Consultants thoughtfully guide our Members in the purchase of appropriate products and coverage under managerial supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Primary responsibilities include soliciting new business through outbound calls. Proactively solicits new commercial sales by performing numerous outbound calls, works marketing lists, and cross-sells/up-sells new and existing A3 Smart Home customers.
  • Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales to prospective and current customers. Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale.
