Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Executive and team members in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

  • Maintain the calendar of Head of Venture Capital,  field e-mails and meeting requests, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization of issues.

  • Manage, arrange and maintain all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities. Maximizes appropriate time allocation to senior executives’ priorities based on understanding the company goals and their individual objectives.

  • Must be one step ahead of the senior executives to help organize and manage their time and projects to meet all deadlines.

  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the senior executives. Responds to external correspondence. Manage email and contract database

  • Draft presentations as needed. Presentations may include Board Member level materials.

  • Provide project management to internal/external steering committees. Develop agendas, minutes, presentations and coordinate and track deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reposition Gig cars from low utilization zones to high utilization zones
  • Refuel and clean Gig cars in the fleet for a great Member experience
  • Shuttle Gig cars for maintenance and repair services (e.g., oil changes, flat tire repairs, etc.)
  • Inspect, photograph and determine resolution of damaged vehicles
  • Test, diagnose, service and repair vehicle telematics technology
  • Perform light maintenance (e.g., battery jump, changing tires, etc.)
  • Prepare cars for in-fleeting and de-fleeting
  • Audit quality of work of third party fleet partners

What you’ll need to join:
