I view A3V not simply as a job but rather a home where I feel empowered to unleash the best of my creativity and business acumen. The reason I am excited to go to our lab every morning comes down to three things: my colleagues, the challenging nature of my work, and the meaningful objective of our collective efforts. All three enable me to grow as a leader and person. Shaaya, Team Member since 2019
As a marketer, you dream of riding a big wave of transformation. At Gig, I am fortunate to be able to shape that wave. As part of a tightly-knit agile team, I lead the efforts of bringing to market next-generation mobility solutions that seamlessly blend digital and real-world experiences, guided by our ‘Members first’ mantra. Marina, Team Member since 2018
It’s not often you get to reinvent a 100 year old brand. Even less often when a 100 year old organization puts it’s resources and people on a mission to transform itself. That’s precisely what we get to do here at A3. Working at A3 has provided me the opportunity to tackle startup challenges with Enterprise scale, while creating new products and services and helping to redefine a historic icon. Each of these are usually once in a career opportunities, getting to do all of them continuously is a lifetime’s worth of experience. Ashish, Team Member since 2017
I’ve interviewed hundreds of customers over my career, but never have I felt such consistent love as I have from AAA Members. In user tests, customer visits and workshops, as soon as people see the name AAA their eyes brighten and they smile. They trust us and they love what we stand for. Every day that instills pride in what I do and it keeps me working hard to preserve and deliver on that love and trust. Sean, Team Member since 2017
